We are growing our network of independent partner agents in different countries and are looking for people who want to build a business around honest, transparent work with clients. You work as an independent representative under an agent agreement, not as an employee, and your income depends on the paid deals you bring.

What the cooperation looks like

You introduce candidates, employers and recruitment agencies to our programmes: employment in Serbia, the Czech Republic and Germany, staff selection for employers, partnerships with agencies and digital guides for people planning to move. You can use any lawful method, such as social media, LinkedIn, personal contacts, advertising or events.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people with an audience or network among job seekers, employers or agencies, for example recruiters, visa and relocation consultants, community admins or sales specialists. Experience in HR or migration is a plus, but honesty and accuracy are more important.

Our rules

We work only within the law of the agent’s country and the client’s country. Agents never promise a guaranteed visa, never state prices or terms outside approved materials, and never accept money from clients on personal accounts: all payments go only to company accounts against invoices. Client contacts are recorded in our CRM, and confidentiality is part of the agreement.
